Honest-1 Auto Care is the go-to mechanic for my wife and me. They are incredibly knowledgable and experienced. They've fixed issues with our car multiple times, and they've never made a mistake. Moreover, as the name suggests, they are very open and honest. They will explain exactly what issues are present with the vehicle, they will explain which issues are urgent and which ones can wait, and they will explain exactly what they will do to fix it. They always check in with you before doing any sort of work on your car. Lastly, they work efficiently. Recently, we had an issue with our car, and we asked if they could fix it in one day because we wanted to leave the next day for a trip to visit family. Amazingly, they came through for us and fixed the problem in about half a day. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our experiences at Honest-1 Auto Care.

Brought my Prius 2012 to get my lights fixed, and they went above and beyond by doing a comprehensive check up. Was told that the last mechanic did my brakes poorly, and they gave me a fair price. They have excellent customer service, and I trust them 100%. I will always come to these guys for my car needs, and I would recommend them to anyone living in San Diego. Worth the drive even if you live farther, like La Jolla.

I stumbled into this repair facility and couldn't be happier! A mobile replaced my alternator a day before only to be left stranded near Honest1, they quickly diagnosed my vehicle and found the culprit, a damaged alternator wiring, they repaired the wiring, replace some fuses and sent me on my way! All within a couple of hours. The staff is super attentive and explained everything in detail! Very reasonably and Honest priced! I actually paid more for the alternator replacement that I did not need than the actual correct repair at Honest1. I definitely will be servicing my vehicle here from now! The mechanics are well versed in their craft. They inform yiou of possible future car concerns that wilol need to be considered in the near future. The garage is clean and well organized.
