Julio, The service manager, is very knowledgable. In addition, Julio has good personal and soialization skills. Work is always done at the time promised. Calls are made to explain any additional issues, without pressure of having to approve any work.

Service was prompt, price fair. We had transsmission flush on our small Versa. We have 4 vehicles in our family and Honest 1 has worked on them all. Julio gives excellent feedback and advice. He is a very conscientious service writer and always friendly and patient.
