yesterday,,excellent as I knew it would be...... have 2 friends who recommended plus daughter.....all three raved about quality of service and TODAY when I barged in with tire lite on dash...you all fixed while I enjoyed a wonderful cup of coffee....still in the afterglow of that coffee...did not even ask how much I owed....someone spent close to an hour.....I apologize for my thoughtlessness...either bill me or put it on my tab!!!! Poor customer service. oil changes only come with 5 quarts which never completely fills your vehicle. They add extra oil and charge you for it. Owner got angry when I asked them if I could add it myself. We were not greeted when we walked in the door. Were ignored for 5 mins while the owner was on the phone. We called to check on the 2 cars we had serviced and were hung up on. They did not do the 21 point safety inspection that was included in the oil change. Owner said nothing to us about the service when we picked up our vehicles. It was pay and get out.
