The paper on the floor mat at the drivers seat was not flat, trapped my feet, and was in fact covering the accelerator. Yes, it was annoying!!!!! What would it take to remove same when service was complete?

I recently needed an oil change desperately, I made an appointment with Honest-1 Auto Care. The day of my appointment I had to cancel due to me having the flu. When I called the following week to reschedule I was told to bring my car in at the end of the day and they will do the oil change for me, I know they were very busy with other appointments, but they still fit me in, they also informed me about a missing filter that another car service business forgot to put back in my car. I appreciate that tremendously. I will be a regular customer now. Thank you very much, a grateful customer.

Same day service with a smile. Super friendly, reasonably priced and quick! They made a fan out of me and I will definitely go back to them for future car services!

Our car was fixed and the rates were reasonable but the customer service was lacking. They did not call when they said they would and we had to check in several times to get status reports on the repair.

I appreciated being able to call in for an appointment for routine service, which was taken care of expeditiously and courteously, when the technician noticed something that needed attention, I was invited to examine it myself, which I felt good about. When I decided to defer the repair, I was still treated with courtesy.
