Service was done in a timely manner by pleasant staff

I've taken my Expedition to Honest-1 and had work done on my car several times. Each time the work was performed to my satisfaction. The most recent visit was because of a leak (car smoking) and they had my car for two weeks trying to fix the leak. Then, $1900 later, the leak was not fixed. We were displeased because we want to sell the Expedition, but it wouldn't pass smog. We notified the owner of our displeasure and he said to bring it back in and they would fix it under warranty (free). That is exactly what they did and my Expedition runs great now.

Fabulous from start to finish I would recommend them highly these people know what they are doing and they are Honest they are my mechanics because I know my car is in great hands. Thank you so much

Very disappointed with this business.....did not keep me timely informed, treated me differently than they did the male customers, did not keep their word, had hidden fees...yikes!!!!!

Julio and his staff are always friendly and the job always done to satisfaction I'll recommend them to everyone. I've sent my cars and truck 2 silver place as before but they always come back with problems until Honest-1 the problem stops.

First you have our Lexus listed as a truck, it is a 350 Suv. We've taken ourLexus in a few times and never can get the issue taken care of w/o several follow up visits. Very disappointing service.
