I gave them 4 stars because I took my car in for power steering pump replacement and 2 days later at the end of the day my car was ready. There were problems with ordering the wrong part and trying to extract a part from the pump. Julio and John were very nice and apologetic about the issue and gave me a discount. Therefore the reason for 4 stars was the wait and some lack of communication.

My truck is so old (19 years), when I brought it to Honest -1 for repairs, they could not get parts from the dealership, so they had to get creative to find an after-market part and re-design how to mount it, since the original rivets could not be used. Good job, done in good order.

I had heard from others in my condo bldg how pleased they were with Honest One that had just recently opened up around the corner. After learning Julio was the manager I had them install new brakes, do a wheel alignment and then yesterday I bought new tires from them. If I could give them ten stars I would. I have known Julio for some time and have learned to expect only and always the best from him. I don't know how you found him but you have the very best there is. Congratulations to the company and to Julio, it looks like the perfect marriage.
