Thanks for your great service and allowing me to use your company 🚗 car! I have a concern. My engine light is on, which indicates that I need to have it checked. I'm pulzzed because of the comprehensive work that was done.

Honest-1's customer service is always the best. I appreciated being kept updated on the status of my most recent service, a major repair. I really like Honest-1 Auto Care in the San Carlos area of San Diego!

This was my first time with Honest Auto; I was very impressed with the comfortable waiting area, the kind staff and the honesty of the charges for the service provided. I will definitely be going again.

I took my Prius to them in January for an oil change. Last week the car started making a cranking noise. Took it to someone else and there was no oil in the tank. There was no oil leak. They most likely didn't fill it up completely-although I was charged for it, or maybe forgot altogether. BAD BAD place. Not honest at all.

Not happy, drop car off for oil change. Finding out days later they didn't put oil cap back on. My new car now smells like oil when you put air and heater on. SO they offered me to drop back off so another company can come pick it up to clean up oil out of engine. Nothing else to say

Got both my brakes (crown vic, and a nissan truck) fixed. Well, actually, my crown just needed a slight adjustment to stop making the sound it was making. They charged me fairly for everything, so I came back for an oil change (even though its 15 mins from the closest shop). I must admit I enjoy the wait in the office. It's uncanny how clean it is, I forget sometimes its an auto repair place, as I've been there more then 1ce for an oil change. They charge the same price as everyone else, and sometimes they have a special. I go there for the no-hassle sales tactics. They wisely advise my ignorance about cars not sales. Actually, that's the one thing I've noticed. They are sometimes too busy to add in an extra two cents of advice. They will tell me if somethings needing adjusting, but for the "long draw hash it out with a bunch of what if's" doesn't happen on these guys watch. I'm not to knowledgeable about cars so I'd appreciate a longer explanation sometimes. But that's they're only flaw so far, and I'm rating them as the family auto shop for life

Best customer service I've received from an auto shop in awhile. These guys do great work and will beat any other shop's prices. Honest-1 Auto care replaced the front struts and the rear shocks for the same price that other shops were quoting to just replace the front struts. I have a few other maintenance actions that need to be performed on my SUV. I'll be taking my SUV to Honest-1 Auto care.

Great attitude, friendly, polite. Repairs were timely and met estimations.
