Julio and the crew there are pretty comfortable to deal with, there was a little faux pas when I got my car back from an engine change. I was prepared to dig in and stand my ground but the preparations were not necessary. Julio called and said they were fixing the problem with no additional costs to me. I was happy with the work and will take all of my auto needs to H1. I will close with this though, I am certain that if the owner had been my first contact instead of Julio I probably would have went elsewhere. The guy is not a peach as there is no warm and fuzzy to this man :) he is very matter of fact. So if a little good spiritedness is part of your equation for doing business then always ask for Julio or go elsewhere. Good work, nice shop and convenient for those on Cowles Mountain.
