Honestly no. I was a little disappointed for several reasons. 1) the sign on the door says they open at 7:30AM. They didn't actually open till a little after 8AM. So sitting in the car for 1/2 hour is a waste of time when I really needed to be at work. 2) I was told that they had other appointments in the morning and I'd get a call in the afternoon about my issue. 4PM rolled around and I still hadn't gotten a call. Upon calling them, I was told they started the repair and they would know more by 4:45. At 6PM, no call so I called then again and they said, Oh, it will be ready at 6:40PM. Bottom line is they failed to call me two times when they had promised. 3) I had a coupon for 10% off repairs and I gave it to them upon dropping off my vehicle. When I went to pick it up, they had already rung me up and I asked if they applied the 10% discount. They said yes. In looking at my receipt, I have no way of knowing whether the 10% discount was applied. It doesn't say so on my receipt, just general labor and parts costs. 4) Total costs for services rendered weren't all that impressive. Nice touch but I'd rather save a few bucks and not have a package of gummy bears on my dash.
