I took my car in for a number of issues. Honest-1 came to my attention through another happy customer. I found the service to be prompt and reasonable. Julio was lovely to work with and kept me "in the loop" and share with me all of my options. The facility is clean and friendly. The waiting area has complimentary drinks, television, a play area for children and a clean bathroom. My total was considerably less than the quote from the dealer. I will be going back again and referring others, too.

I appreciate Julio explaining what was done and what needs to be worked on next. I did not feel rushed and he was very busy. It is important to me to be able to trust where I take my car and not be taken advantage of. I have limited funds and price is important to me. Also, I appreciate that the facility is convenient.
